Who is UTG+1 since you only mentioned BB who folded?
I cbet here partly as a bluff and value on the flop(fish call 2x/3x/4x/5x).

On the turn I check it down, he is never folding better and it would be too thin to value bet I think. And he doesn't really have bluffs in his range + we're IP so chances we get bluffed aren't too high getting to showdown.

well BB isn't important now because we aren't playing against him.. still as played i'm checking it down and folding if he bets (because it's not +EV to call in those spots vs unknowns and we have no reason to believe he would bluff).

Check down on turn, not many worse hands are x/c and a ton of better hands are going to X turn to induce or cos they can't value bet themselves.

On both of those rivers I would be X behind for the above reasons.

bb is improtant.. because any competitive player will cbet most of his Ax hands , sets , 2 pairs and stronger side of marginal range because he is expecting fish is gonna call with much weaker hands + he wants to play hu with him on later streets
