Might be a no-brainer but I'm not sure. I see a lot of AQs playing his line on this limit, raising me on the river (do I call?)
Bonus: what to do if he raises me at any street? Just go broke because most of the time he has a lower set?

What bet size would you chose? My standard is flop 2/3-pot, turn 2/3-pot river ??

What do you recommend as betsizes and would you vary them depending on your hand? (would be a tell I guess?!)

The big mistake is your flop & turn sizing, river sizing is good. Fold if you get raised on the river.

At nl2 it is very simple, you just bet the strength of your hand. In this hand that would be pot flop, pot turn.

Yes OTT = on the turn. It depends on villain's stats and the board. If villain is a fish, bet pot OTF and OTF and bet/fold OTR around 1/2 pot.

At 2nl villains generally look at their card and think "Oh I have a pair I call" or "Oh I might make a straight one day with these two cards and those other two cards on the flop, I call".

Bet as close to pot as possible when you have a nut hand like this. And when the guy who has been calling for the past year finally finds the raise button, you should fold. Unless you have the nuts.

pot flop, pot turn, 1/2 pot river. Fold to a raise anywhere along the way.

Don't bet/fold flop or turn obviously.
