To start: 3bet more preflop. 5bbs on top of a 2bb raise is way too small. That's how much we're raising a limper. 3betting to 7 or 8 bbs is more like it.

We have a family pot, partially due to our tiny 3b. OK, our hand needs help. We get a little help with the Jack, but should check a lot three-way. Then call or bet small on the turn.

As played, I like continuing the betting, but we can bet smaller here. Like 1/3rd of the pot.

On the river, especially in position, just check behind here and end the hand. Betting doesn't really accomplish anything after betting two streets

The 3b size is way too small, do 7-8 bbs.

Yeah, KJ is in the folding range pre. Bet smaller otf. From that point on, cooler. If I had QQ with all that dead money, i'd have 4b, especially SB. I'd rarely expect to see QQ there after a call.

Fold pre. Is say AQ or 99 calling you otr? It would take reads to determine that.

River sizing is way too big. Readless I would bet smaller otr... 30% pot is good. We stand a chance of getting called by worse and don't loose too much if we are beat. Your sizing is going to fold out those hands that would otherwse call...
