Value bet river. I think a good bet size here is kinda big like .86 or so. Hopefully they were going crazy with a queen or KK or something. If I bet and got raised I would call, because of pot odds.

Easy fold pre against an unknown. It's not worth protecting 1 bb against an unknown. If she continues to do stuff like that in the next few hands or so, move to a different table. But it's possible she had a good starting hand. You may have had her beat on the flop but it's too tough a situation to get involved in. Give up your bb preflop and go on to the next hand.
