My apologies for the format; didn't save the hand history digitally (only manually in my notebook).

Reads: TIGHT table (nits and tight fishes). Villain was playing very tight.

HERO (UTG): 113 BB - 33
VILLAIN (UTG +1): 88BB

PREFLOP

HERO bets 3BB
VILLAIN 3bets 8BB
folded to HERO
HERO calls 5BB

POT = 17,5BB

FLOP
J32
HERO checks
VILLAIN shoves 80BB

HERO?

Spoiler:
Opening low PP's seemed reasonable on this table; got some FE (because of nits) and a lot of implied odds when called (because of fishes).

uhm
fold
this is usually a big pair with a heart, AhX, lower made flushes and JJ
either way you're not getting close to 45% eq you need

Hmm, vs. the range you describe (AcAh,AdAh,AhAs,KcKh,KdKh,KhKs,QcQh,QdQh,QhQs,JJ,A hKh,AhQh,6h5h,AcKh,AdKh,AhKc,AhKd,AhKs,AsKh,AcQh,A dQh,AhQc,AhQd,AhQs,AsQh) we still have 55+%.

Vs. Overpairs with a heart, we have 65%
Vs. AhX, we have 71%
Vs. lower made flushes we have ca. 35%
Vs. JJ we have 7%

We don't expect V to have a lot of lower made flushes (actually none). We expect him to 3-bet vs UTG with premiums only (read = 'VERY TIGHT')
