I would fold as in most cases he has AX where X>5. This guy is 55/13 so he is not afraid of being dominated holding e.g. A9 and would call with something like that PF.

The only possibility is if you've observed that after donking and getting called he would usually check the turn. This could lead to a cheap showdown if he bet QX. I doubt you could get this kind of a read I guess.

Otherwise what will you do if you call and he bets $.30 on the turn?

The original plan when raising A5 PF was to steal the blinds or get called by one guy and take a nice pot with a cbet. Now it's time to cut your losses and fold IMHO.
