Ugh. I think generally this is a f to generic 2nl pop, unless you have a specific read on this opponent. At higher stakes i'd discuss the diamond blocker and op, but sb probably has no clue and has some dd hand.

I would fold. He can have 88,99,66,AA,KK,AdKd and maybe some more diamonds. You beat TT and the JJ. Not much bluffs in his range given the action.
