I think there is too much cbetting on the flop. For that reason, I put the hand into my X/Raisingrange. With 5High, I benefit from many folds of Villain and can pick up many additional straight draws on the turn. Unfortunately, the raised flush is not very strong. I wonder if I can go broke on the turn? Full Houses+ with 66/JJ/KK/K6/J6 I actually see calling again, so I'm against better flushes behind or in front against something like AhAx or A6/Q6 shoving for protection, plus he can start bluffing with some AhXx combos. I need 28% equity for the call. Against this range it would be close:
You can either call or raise flop. This is a good candidate to raise since every hand that folds is beating your hand for the time being. Theoretically too, I believe it's more likely you would have a 6 on this board than villian which lets you raise a bit more often.
Yes, gto-wise and as an exploit vs the population I think that my x/raise makes a lot of sense with my particular holding. However, I am pretty lost when Villain does not fold and I hit my Flush, like in this hand. My hand is strong enough to bet for value against trips but is behind against a ton of higher flushes and full houses, so I dont know how to navigate in this scenario.
