I'm watching this hand and thinking why on earth I played AQo from this position. But what's done that's done. What's the better move on the river here? I don't have any reads on him, maybe bcuz of that I should just c/f?

You just fold AQ here pre?

Bet flop. As played we're betting river for value and we're betting bigger than .30

Take my advice with a grain of salt, I'm just a recreational player, not a pro. I don't think your raise preflop is a problem. I would continuation bet the flop here hoping to take it down. If he calls you then his range still includes many hands we have beat such as AJ, overcards, diamond draws and others. However it is unlikely he has lower cards such as a 4 or 6 so our overcards are strong. The bet on the turn is standard and as Cav stated the river bet is for value. Odds are he doesn't have a flush if he called the turn, so just bet the river and be ready to reevaluate the hand if he raises or shoves.
