In general yes, look up Baluga Theorem.

Ofcourse it is depending on villain, etc.
    Going over possible hands villain might have, 2c4c, any 2clubs, 33, 66, Kx, A3, A6, 22-TT.
Since you opened for 12bb, i think KQ/KJ might call, but why would he raise the Turn? If anything he would raise the flop, or just c/c flop & turn.
A3/A6, difficult seeing these hands call preflop, as for any combinations of clubs. KcJc/KcQc is an option, but again, why wait untill the Turn (and an Ace on the Turn) to raise.
77-TT,44-55,22 (and JJ, QQ for what its worth) why would he call beyond the flop, and turn his hand into bluff while you should strenght through out the hand.
AQ/AJ, why would these hands call the flop, and why would they raise the Turn?

Ofcourse it is 2NL, an opponent might always show up with 63, but still, board is pretty dry, you have shown a lot of strenght, and still he raises you. Personally, for 2NL, i think villain would show up more often with AA on this turn then with 63 as played. As example.

You always have to have some hands you can beat, and looking at the board, there arent any.

*edit* i play 2NL myself, and i would have a hard time folding it, to be honnest*

Actually Baluga Theorem mostly refers to check/raises and 1p hands. Also, it's pretty hard for him to show up with aces or kings here.
Hero should fistpump call while doing backflips inrl
[edit] Open smaller from CO vs unknown, 3x should do the trick. If you think villain's a cs you can obviously open as much as you think he'd call. And cbet more flop n turn

Given stack to pot ratio I'm never folding AK here. Beluga says fold one-pair hands, not necessarily top two

No do not fold turn here he could have a lower two pair, even just an ace.

Folding turn here is just plain silly, when he raises go all in on turn.

Yeah maybe i looked a bit too much at the result before naming the Baluga Theorem.
