I think you should donk the flop. Weak made hands (assuming 100bb reg) and draws (assuming 50bb fish) will mostly check behind.

i just call pre, i probably call vs his shove as I don't see him doing it with many stronger hands than ours and most likely a weaker A or a draw

I think I call the shove.

3-bet vs. CC PF seems pretty close to me. I wouldn't 3-bet ATs, but I would 3-bet AQs, so I'm pretty neutral on this spot.

Donking flop doesn't really make a whole lot of sense to me when we are at a severe range disadvantage and positional disadvantage vs. UTG. If we donk flop, he probably folds all his non-nutted pocket pairs and calls / raises us with the better Ax. Occasionally we get value from his worse Ax's, but I don't think those are checking flop.

As played, once UTG checks this flop, I probably do pay off the MP shortstack shove. UTG really should not be checking things like AQ, AK, AA, 88, 66 on this flop, and most of his range is c/f'ing, so IMO having him behind us isn't that big of a deal. The shortstack can have better hands -- 66, 88, AQ are all potentially in his range -- but he should also have enough draws and Ax's that we've got the equity we need.

Seeing the flop 4-handed, i say it's a fold. Calling overshoves @2NL never works in my experience and having 3 other people in the hand is not helping either, someone could easily have a set or 2p here.
