Opening KTo is a little bit loose, I know that. I saw no point in shoving the flop, since there are rarely worse hands in his range he will call. He then bets again very small on the turn. Shoving? Just calling? I guess nobody is folding this otf?

from this flop raise size and turn bet, looks like QJ most of the time. put him all in on turn for the remeder $8 he has behind. You only lose to 33 which he dont have very often given there turn size.

turn brings flush draws as well as flop straight draws so I would ship it in

The question is always: what hands are this villain min raising OTF with? As he seems passive pre and post so he can do that with: AK (not always), TK, TT, 33. There aren't too many draws out and I also doubt he min raises w/ any of them.

Villain's turn bet size is quite strange but it doesn't make his range narrower (b/c he's unknown, passive and fishy). I call and I call on most river.

EDIT: I wouldn't afraid of the turned draws either as he's unlikely to be on one.
