Pre is definitely a call some of the time, but how often you call depends on how often you open. If you open 98s 100% because the table is passive, then you could maybe call it like half the time vs the smaller 3b, but if you open it say 25% then you could call it pure. I would not call it pure opening 100% tho unless villain is liable to spew post or something

River is a bit weird actually imo, since the hand that makes the most sense for a decent amount of micro regs is AA. AQo is a pure 3b pre, but there are plenty of nitty micro regs out there who might only 3b AQs and AK for Ax hands as SB vs MP, and then they would check the turn pretty often with AK/AQs after range betting the flop. Obviously he's checking river with KK-TT if his chromosomes are still intact, so he needs to be blasting turn with some AK/AQ, or some whiffed suited broadways that are then following through on the river

I really can't imagine ever folding without reads, but I do expect that you would see AA here a whole lot more often than you would in theory, because there are so many bad nitregs at the micros (and particularly in zoom pools)
