Hi guys, I'm bringing to analysis 3 hands in which I lost the more on the BB in the past session of NL10zoom I had on PS:

Hand 1:

I think I played this hand right considering I'm OOP

Hand 2:



Here I dont like my sizing on the flop, the 3bet pre I think its ok but flop is nuts what pot odds I'm giving him (I was bet sizing what I do at MTT's lol)

Hand 3:



Here maybe I got in a too tricky of a spot by wanting to defend against sb opening range (since its very weak I like re-stealing with some light holdings). I think I should've made a bet of 3/4 pot on turn since it gave me more odds and shove the river (maybe). In that scenario I would represent a hella strong range and not my weak holding (didn't have the balls to shot another bet).
I don't like how I played this hand, specifically postflop.


Those 3 hands I wanted to show and know what you guys think since I noticed I was losing a lot of bb/100 on the blinds specifically the bb, and also I like the idea of improving by reviewing the most losing hands of every session.

Hopefully will post more hands in the future.

1-I think its ok 3b bluff PF vs a reg.PFflopand turn are ok river it looks like he have that 7,he should not bluff that river it looks like you have 7x Kx or some decent pp so he cant expect many folds,I dont blame you for calling.

2-I dont 3bet this hand PF you fold a lot of hands that you are big favorite,but its up to personal style wherther or not we 3 beting this.PF is fine with that sizing comment,maybe you can barrel him of the flop you range have all sets and top two pairs,his most of the time have weak top pair second pair or some lower pp

3-Dont 3b this trash if ti was 97s its ok and this is good example how easier it would to play this hand with 9h7h.You play POSF good,dont think bluffinr turn and river is good.A lot of his hand have a K and you have hard time repping flush with tree big hurts on the board.

I dont use PT or HM so I m not an expert,but I guess its normal to lose a lot form BB given that you lose 1BB every time you fold preflop,so if you fold 100 % of the time its -100bb/100 and if you fold from lets say BTN 100% then its 0bb/100

first hand looks strongly like 7

second, i preffer check here

third, i dont like 3betting this kind of hands.. but if, you should have some plan how to continue after your cBet is called..
