Hand 1

History on villian

New to table 20 hands. All the signs of a complete fish. Stats 80/40/2.4
He has twice sucked me out on decent pots already, reducing my stack from $24 to $15.

Pre flop is pure speculation, looking to see a cheap flop IP V villian, who is calling not raising. Rest of the table is tight, my stats are loose aggro, because I have had a lot of good hands and generally been dominating.

Question...is my shove a valid play or panic attack? Based on what I had seen, I was certain he would call with any value at all and I did not want to play this dude with the idiot end of a St8.

Have at me if you must for the pre flop limp...but like I said it was pure speculation. Not a normal play.

    Hand 2

No stats on villian...he just bought in for small stack

I think this is unusual, because of a surprising outcome. (He did not have a 7). Did I play this right? Certainly didn't get a read!

1st hand, i wouldnt raise as big. But if you are certain he would call with any piece of the board than it's fine.

2nd hand, awful. What do you think he'd call a shove with that you are ahead of?

      Hand 1:
limp-calling after 20 hands is money on fire. If he's as fishy as you describe, he won't let go any pair or 2 overs, leaving your 32s in a really bad shape even when they hit. You hit the magic flop, that's it. I don't think 32s will show profit in the long run. Stop fighting a 80vpip fish with 90vpip!

      Hand 2:
Without even looking what hand he had, you neither have stats, nor reads: call > fold >>>>>>>>>>>> raise
Of course he doesn't have a 7! He is holding pocket pairs all day long! Your raise is spew and will never get called by worse hands. You just gave your stack to every paired hand that wants some $.
