Definite fold, imo.

You wouldn't be in this situation if you bet 2/3 pot on the flop, though. No need for fancy check raises at 10NL.

Not sure I raise KJo from MP1 and call the (min) 3-bet. Good fold. Go for the donk bet next time for sure though.

Seems questionable preflop and you have to go ahead and bet into him on the flop IMO.
