Both BB and MP are pretty much unknowns. Stats are 25/25 over 8 hands for both.

I think I have to raise turn, MP seems fishy. But when BB comes over the top, he iis pretty strong there. Pot odds are 2.75:1 and I need 3.6:1 to draw vs a flush. I'm doing well against 33 and 67 (no spade). But he could also have better sets and flushes ofc. Since he is closing the action preflop to see a 4way flop, he could have lots of flushes in his range.

If you raise, what size?

PokerStars - $0.10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

BB: $10.00
UTG: $11.89
MP: $5.30
Hero (CO): $11.78
BTN: $1.95
SB: $15.73

SB posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero has 4 4

fold, MP raises to $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, BTN calls $0.25, fold, BB calls $0.15

Flop: ($1.05, 4 players) 3 5 9
BB checks, MP checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($1.05, 4 players) 4
BB bets $1.00, MP calls $1.00, Hero raises to $4.00, fold, BB raises to $9.75 and is all-in, fold, Hero?

i would call that turn, raising forces you to dump your set and the extra money you've put in the pot if someone else raises back. you almost certainly have to fold to that shove i would say

Once he raises he has to call off. Pot odds.
I like flatting turn more than raising 4way and pot controlling before you boat up

BB always has you beat here unless he has 33. Fold turn but don't raise it in first place, he was probably going for X/R on flop and when he bets pot into 4 people its strong. Also worse cant call your raise, you fold out two pairs.

Judging by OPs post he doesn't have the correct pot odds.

Ah yes he will. Didn't see he was short, but BB seems pretty strong and raise/folding a set sucks so bad so I would still call

calling might be better, I was thinking that too. But the reason for calling turn shouldn't be that raise/folding set sucks. I mean if MP was a complete ******, you would happily raise/fold if BB 3bets. BB seems strong but we're sttill way ahead of his leading range.

Actually no. BB: 98+,TT,JJ, 33 and some or all of these 9x wouldn't Bet pot.

34s+ excluding AK, 55, 99, 67, A2

Not way ahead, equity wise you're still doing good though until you raise and get reraised
