villan was running about 40/35, 3betting a ton, just going crazy. def a lag reg, wouldn't call him a lagtard or anything.

he iso raised 33bb fish that was on btn w/ A5ss from SB. he bet 348fd, and shoved 6h turn.

do you like raising river?

SB: $6.38 (63.8 bb)
BB: $10.15 (101.5 bb)
Hero (BTN): $16.38 (163.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 9 9
Hero raises to $0.35, SB calls $0.30, BB calls $0.25

Flop: ($1.05) Q 3 4 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.70, SB folds, BB calls $0.70

Turn: ($2.45) J (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($2.45) 9 (2 players)
BB bets $1.50, Hero?

Calling is the save options.
Raising is fine, but what would be your action when shoved on/raised?

I think this is also a typical steal from villian, by floating the flop or mayb has a small piece and wanna take the pot away on the river.

He's aggressive so I'd say flat river. There's so much of his range that just hit.

You can't really fold given villain's image.

Raisefold smallish, especially after his sizing
