W/ no stats I'm going broke here every time. You're never drawing dead, QQ and AA should have tried to punish a stealer, folding to a reraise is utlra passive. I'm more than happy to get it in here against unkown. Unless you have a great read he's a setmining nit you should be pushing.

I could understand some pot control against unknown , if you go that route call down and let him hang himself. If you're going to raise though be ready to get stacks in.

You have a very strong hand that beats virtually every hand out there (except AA,33,66,QQ, Q3, 63 and Q6). Fives of those hands are highly unlikely given the preflop action and three we can beat if they board pairs. The villain could very likely have Qx. With such a strong hand and so many chips committed, just go all in.

you raise for a bluff or value?????

and if you raised for a bluff.....You raised an OP as a bluff.. and then fold for $2 into a $7.50 pot.....

This hand tilts me so hard.

Such a dry board.

"AA,33,66,QQ, Q3, 63 and Q6"
Rule out AA, Q3, 63 and Q6 given the pre-flop action.
We could also add AQ? Maybe even JJ or A6s and A3s at a pinch.

That leaves QQ, 66, 33, AQ, JJ.
Do any other people feel like the initial $1 donk bet seems a likely flopped set? It does to me, given the dry board. No stats means that need to assign "generic 10NL player" status to the villain.

What do we think about calling the flop in position for pot control?

Just call the flop. You're in position, the board isn't drawey, and after the flop call you have 8.50 left to bet in a 3.5 pot with 2 streets. There's no reason to isolate his range this early in the hand on a generally safe flop. If he has a set, it doesn't matter because you're going broke.

As played, don't put in 30% of your stack with an overpair and fold to an unknown. The min 3 bet might make you crap yourself, but get it in anyways.
