I think you should ask exactly how unknown layer is have you been sitting a few hands at least.

Getting it in all day and all night.

I like calling the flop minraise, and trying to lure opponent into shoving with a ~2 dollar bet.

If you 3bet/shove his flop minraise you will fold out a significant percentage of hands that will actually stack off later and that have very limited equity anyhow.

It's a good idea to cut out the end of the hands. People don't like it. You can post it later in the thread though.
