at this level, I think someone being passive preflop, then check raising a pot sized flop bet = QQ is no good here.

The board is also very dry, meaning there are not a lot of draws that villain could be semi bluffing with. You can fold to that flop raise.

That does seem like a super silly high AF, I am not real great with stats. But if we think a large part of his range is a bluff then we would rather call to enduce another bluff on the turn. Like you said nothing better is calling.

The play is not terrible, the betsizing is. What here does QQ beat that calls a potsize bet? You should have gone for a betsize that made sure to get called by worse. There is no draw that you have to absolutely punish, therefore something close to half pot would have done the job in valuetowning a worse pair.
