Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Replayer
SB ($11.35)
Hero ($13.80)
UTG ($20.27)
CO ($6.90)
BTN ($10.25)

Dealt to Hero A 8

fold, CO calls $0.10, fold, SB calls $0.05, Hero checks

FLOP ($0.30) 8 9 8

SB checks, Hero bets $0.21, CO folds, SB calls $0.21

TURN ($0.72) 8 9 8 A

SB bets $0.50, Hero raises to $1.30, SB calls $0.80

RIVER ($3.32) 8 9 8 A 2

SB bets $9.74 (AI), Hero calls $9.74

Villain 15/11/33 over 150 hands. I've played against him one hand where, bvb, I 3b him pf on the bb and he flat me with 66. Then he donked two street with bottom pair and called half pot bet on river. This is the only crazy thing I've seen him doing.

Is it ever possible to mind folding here?

I raise the flop, raise turn bigger, and never fold the river, check/calling the flop gives you even more incentive to call the river, not that you need it, he can't just have 99 here.

Afraid of 99 or AA exactly, villains does this with any 8 and a lot of aces, so I call all day long

Nomeansno, look who has bet the flop. Anyway, well, It's not easy for me to see him shoving that way with an A on river after my raise on turn. Anyway, I can't think about folding too.

i think you can exclude here AA. A nit would almost always raise it preflop.
still there are some in his range like 87 86 89 810

I'm calling this every time and if he has 99 or 88 it sucks but oh well, just a cooler. Generally speaking if you have a full house that uses both of your cards and the only other plausible full houses use both of his cards you should be looking to get it all in because it is just very unlikely you are beat. Sometimes they'll have a higher full house or quads but way more often they'll have trips or a stubborn overpair that doesn't want to believe you have the nuts etc.

2. he doesn't have 2k+posts

3. he doesn't make silly threads that get up to 13 pages because he doesn't understand a concept that was thoroughly explained

4. I do like to flirt with you, whatcha gonna do bout it?

I think we've had enough of noobs calling noobs noobs itt.

Masbias says it sucks when villain has 88, why don't you give him a hard time about that? Tell him to read the op too, or do you just like to flirt with me?
