Flop: ($1.20) 10, K, Q (2 players)
BB bets $1, Hero calls $1

Turn: ($3.20) 6 (2 players)
BB bets $1, Hero calls $1

River: ($5.20) 2 (2 players)
BB bets $7.75 (All-In), Hero calls $7.45 (All-In)

Total pot: $20.10 | Rake: $0.50

We've played ten hands together heads up, or about that much, and he's being limping, c/r, and generally playing pretty loose and bad.

On the turn I don't raise as I think his hand is pretty much draws / air at this point when he bets small, and I can potentially induce bluffs on the river.

On the river, he shoves. This looks like total air or a monster, and I think he probably has alot of air given his tiny bet on the turn. Is it fine to call?
