If it is a total unknown I probably call.

I think he is not bluffing at this spot. Preflop big blind, and call your raise. With that raise he still got good Odds connected to the Pot with any lower pocketpair (22-99). Then check call Flop and check raise Turn. Just think about the Hands he could have, and if you win against them:
- don't see him having higher pocket pair, he might raises PRF UTG with JJ+.
- AT+ Maybe AQ+ if your villian is a lag but he would never check raise you on the Turn with a hand like that,

So i would fold vs Unknown because you just can win against a small part of his range. Set's are most likely.
I think only stats can help you really out in that situation

Looks like a spazzfish. I doubt he is bluffing much in this spot but i think he def can have worse for value like TT-JJ, A9 here.

I'm calling, he's way more likely to minraise a set than shove, also we have 6 outs when behind the majority of the time, if he has a ******ed 2 pair we have 12(?) outs and if so nh.

at the time I think I had 4 hands on him and was 25/0 so literally was no sample size whatsoever

He limpcalls pre c/c flop x/overbetshove turn. That and the fact that he is unknown is way enough to threat him a fish.
