I wouldn't call pre-flop unless the blinds were fishy&passive.

Flop's good; turn you can bet a bit bigger but it's alright

Preflop and flop are fine, river is a definite fold, but the turn concerns me. That is an excellent spot for an overbet--bottom set on a heavy board.

We can go three-fiddy or $3.75. $2.00 is probably fine. 5/6 may be best with these stacks. If that's what you're thinking, you may be right.
