I think PF and Flop are ok.

Turn -villan bet half pot and let 28bb's left....so with the bet of half pot i think we are litle afraid.....so i push-in ....other option could be call Turn and evaluate river...

    Well usually when they bet with a small portion of their stack remaining it means they are committed (and therefore betting for value) and you have no fold equity so that is the worst spot to be turning your hand into a bluff.
