With this flop I think I'd lead, probably jam. As played I'd fold to the bet.

I think you can fold here. No draws. Yuk, it’s just not a good flop. I generally like to keep the lead when I have the uncapped range, but if his range is as small as you are guessing there’s not a lot he’s folding. You’ve got 6 outs, which is just 12% to improve on the next card. I think you can let it go here.
