nl10 AA in 3-bet pot riversize

I hadnt stats of vilian, so i wasnt sure at river how much he called, but i still was on a bet/fold here, because we are deeper.
But on the other hand, of course he would often raise or donk before with 2pairs or better.
So do you think i should bet more or is the size good ?
