Bet the turn, you don't even need fold equity to make it +EV.

why do you want to induce on a the chance that you make your hand?

You picked up more outs, increase your FE and bet the turn.

Also betting the turn builds a bigger pot for when you do hit.

totally bet the turn! you have a monster draw, you bet to max the value if you hit, you have the FE, because it's a NL10 and people are calling flop with any 2.

I agree I think there are hands that peel 1 on the flop that will fold to a second barrel, thinking of TT, 99, 98, 87, A8s to a lesser extent 77-66, T8, A-high, etc. I would considering firing a 3rd barrel against a weaker player if he called the turn pretty quick (usually indicative of a pretty weak hand like AThh, TT, JTo, 98, etc) and if we blanked the river, but probably not against an uknown. fwiw I'd always check back a 4 or 5.
