So villain is a tight reg arround 13/9 in 140 hands, the only note I have on him is: auto folds bb.

His fold to 3b is 66% but that's cleary just 3 hands so not much information from there.

PF I think its quite standard. Flop too since I expect to get a call from TT JJ and fold AK, my plan was to check the turn and call river or bet river if he checks. But Villain didn't follow it!

To the hand:

Against a range of 99+ and AK your equity is 49%... but I should think we have to consider AA/KK more likely than JJ/TT. We have to win 35% of the time to break even on a call... it's a marginal situation.

For me the questions are...

Is he capable of raising from MP2 and then flatting my reraise with a suited ten-nine or nine-eight? (A 13/9, almost certainly not. So he doesn't have a nine unless he has quads.)

Is he capable of doing the same with 33?

Is it reasonable to think he'd play a diamond draw + 2 overcards this way? (And would he get here with any diamond draw besides AK?)

Could he play JJ/TT like this?

And of course: What's my image? What stats/reads is he likely to have on me? What range does he put me on?

I feel like a broken record, but what are you doing calling the flop c/r but folding to the turn shove?

He expected Villain to check the turn... which seems an odd expectation. Villain's flop raise is telling us he wants to play for stacks, and as we know, we should not expect opponents to be making moves at NL50. So your question is a very good one... reveals a flaw in my own game. Not having a thorough plan when I put money in the pot.

I folded because I had him on AA/KK or, since bet sizes make it possible,33. I usually expect people to 4bet them but I think a lot of the players are not. As I said Villain seemed solid and, as you said, unlikely to make any moves.

I called the cr because sometimes I feel people are cr me a lot more than they should even tough I know they should know I'm very tight on my 3bet range.

As pointed, this is likely to be a leak of mine.

Yeah four betting is definitely not what most players do all the time especially with given information if you have just three bet him you range has been narrowed down dramatically depeninding on if you have been very highly acticve or not. If youve been tight/straightforward and I'm sitting on AA and you three bet me I definitely might flat, because your range is ridiculously narrow at this point.

So, should I stop, or at least reduce the frequence I four bet AA against tight players?!

You shouldn't do it all the time, but you shouldn't do anything all the time against a tighter, thinking type of player.

I take this line sometimes OOP with AA/KK...it might be AdKd once in awhile, but I really don't think this is JJ or TT.
