PFR is absolutely fine, you need to bet bigger on the flop, pot is 0.19, i bet 0.13/0.14.

Turn I would bet 0.22, you'll get value from flush draw's/worse pairs/gut shots/straight draws/QJ/JT/maybe even 99/TT.

Betting river in this spot is actually fine imo, he hasn't raised yet, it's unlikey he has a 3 given the action, he can have QJ/JT/J9, you lose to AJ, 78 is counterfeited so you beat that.

nh imo, just try to get your bet sizing to what you think villain will call with worse, generally ~1/2, 2/3 pot is good imo but it depends on A) Does the villain call with any piece of the board (calling station) and B) How drawy is the board (you want to make people pay if they have fd's/oesd's.
