Have been playing opponent for about 1/2 hour or so i think when this spot comes up, we haven't played any huge post flop pots yet, stacks went in with AQ vs 77 and AK vs 88 earlier with villain holding the pair both times. Neither of us has been hyper aggressive postflop, mostly playing standard, opponent seems better than average .50/$1 player for sure and isn't likely to get to out of line.

Since we haven't been getting out of line and he seems good, i dont bother slowplaying on this board as there are tons of action killers on the turn and this board is either hit or miss for him and he's unlikely to improve to something that will pay me off later.

What's my line after the turn pairs the queen after he flat calls my raise in position?

I would lead turn for like 22-27. Whatever he called the flop with he probably isn't folding the turn with. This is a great spot for him to raise with a draw repping a queen or he'll just raise his queen and you can get it all in here.

$24 on the turn. He's probably 3-betting two pair on the flop and he's never really folding this turn if you lead.

Then bet close to pot on the river

That's a bit vague. There are a lot of river cards that suck.

Not really, the only rivers that totally suck are A/Q of course. Anything else I feel like I'm good enough to empty the clip.

I'm not afraid of the flush draw since (a) he folds the turn if he's not ******ed (b) he ships the flop with a big flush/combo draw

So I weigh TPGK/TPTK in his range the most.

everyone agrees we should bet the turn? i agree after analysis, at the time i was thinking i would let him rep the Q, but if he wants to do that i should be making him raise i guess.

So at the time i decide to C/R him again, and he flat calls? very unusual, not sure what to think now, he has $83 left on the river, we ship it yes?

Turn: ($30.00) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB bets $20, Hero raises to $60, BTN/SB calls $40

River: ($150.00) 8 (2 players)
Hero ?

Yes, trivial ship now.

If stacks were deeper I would go for the trifecta.

ya, so this hand was pretty standard, i just wanted to see if anyone would suggest a more cautious route in fear of this, not to get away from it, but somehow avoid stacks going in...

Hero bets $92.65 all in, BTN/SB calls $83 all in

Final Pot: $316.00
Hero shows T K (a straight, Ten to Ace)
BTN/SB shows Q J (a full house, Queens full of Jacks)
BTN/SB wins $315.50
(Rake: $0.50)

I'm fistpumping on the river and saying "please call, please call".

Being results oriented in heads up is going to turn you into an awful player. You played the hand well and you got coolered by practically the only hand that makes any sense that is ahead of you (his realistic range is a lot wider than just that hand, so your play is good).

ya i know, i just wanted to make sure, my stomach sunk on the turn when he flat called, i smelled something fishy, but by that time it was too late. I dont think i played it bad at all, just checking to make sure i was right here.
