With 3 callers my biggest concern was facing a set.
Donk bet into 3 players means strength. What you think of my line?
Should i have 3 bet less? Your thoughts please.

FWIW, on the flop you're raising, not 3betting; UTG makes the 3B.

Gross spot but I think you're commited now, plus UTG could be doing this with draws/Tx; I'm assuming he's bad on a) stats, b) his limp-call PF, c) his 1/2pot donk, and d)less than full stack.

Call it off; wouldn't be surprised to see 44 here, or 78cc. Having the Qc is nice too; blockers to his draw, and a redraw if he a) hits flush, or b)has a set (gives you a backdoor at least, which adds ~4% equity I think).

I agree. But consider if villain is 22/10 (how many hands?) and plays NL10 he is likely to play his draws in a passive way. So his range is probably skewed to strong made hands.

You're getting almoast 3:1 here and I think you have around 40% equity here if villains range is sets, some tens and draws, so it's a call for me. But I won't be very supprised to see some weird two pairs.
