NL 10 - pocket 10s vs loose & passive short stack (line check) NL 10 - pocket 10s vs loose & passive short stack (line check)

Villan's is running 41/6.5/.56 AF over 45 hands. I am running abt 15/8. I've been raising & cbetting & taking down some small pots by raising w/ position.

BACKGROUND: I have been dealing w/ short stacks over the past week w/ mixed results (good calls w/ QQ on K hi board vs. crap call w/ JJ on K hi board). The good ones seem to push all in on dangerous boards (sometimes w/ air).

Small sample, but how do you play a passive short stack after the flop?

Standard cbet, but I hate that overcard (but like my backdoor FD &amp; ISD draw plus set potential). His range can be suited (w/ one face) card, TPNK, made straight or a FD. I dump this hand if I get raised.

Flop: ($0.80) , , [color=#0000FF](3 players)</font>
SB checks, [color=#CC3333]Hero bets $0.8</font>, [color=#CC3333]SB raises to $1.6</font>, Hero calls $0.80.

The backdoor FD became a real FD w/ 1 card to go. Min check raise as blocking bet? Does this min raise give me implied odds to call w/ my underpair, ISD &amp; FD on a crappy board?

Turn: ($4) [color=#0000FF](3 players)</font>
[color=#CC3333]SB bets $1</font>, Hero calls $1.

Set hits on river. Board makes my tummy hurt. Call makes my tummy hurt. How often is this push the nuts (vs desperation bluff w/ TPGK)? Enough to lay down a set?

[color=#CC3333]SB bets $3.75 (All-In)</font>, Hero ???
