NL 10, Di I overplayed my AQ defending my blinds here?

Hi guys, the guy is 30-14 with aggro around 2. He is folding to c bet only 30% of the time and he has never folded to 3 bet yet (only 2 hands though).
with a 80 bb stack, and those stats, he looks so fishy to me...board is somewhat coordinated and there is the flush draw...
I decided that the whole stack would go in here if no draws completed ott because He is the kind of guy who can call with worse (AJ-AT, AX like A5 or A2 and maybe even all combos pair plus draw wich I'm ahead ott)
How would you have played this one? Did I overplayed AQ here? How to interprete the flop min raise? folding here? really bad to craise ott?
