vs unk
well I'm pretty sure this is miss played.
1 st mistake - I should f or 3b/f pre.
2 nd mistake - this is unk so he has any worst hands in his range.
So as I played I should fold OTR.

Call the 3bet in position.

I'm torn about the 4-bet pre. I think I agree with tomj that this is a call. In general I don't like 4-betting unsuited hands that are easily dominated like this, even though we have good blockers. RIO are too high, and there's so many combos it just bloats our range so much.

Flop is weird. I think this spot is going to be very underbluffed by V's, because it's very tough to have any bluffs here. I don't think most V's are turning something like TT or JJ into a bluff here. That said, I don't think there's any reason for V to be x/r'ing good hands on this flop. If V just calls, they can easily get stacks in on the river if you x turn. So I probably shrug call

I generally use bad Ax as my 4-bets. KQo is kind of the worst offsuit hand I just call with in position.
In addition, I'm more likely to 4-bet light vs the SB than the BB. The former "has to" 3-bet pretty often, because he can't close the action with a call. The BB can just call with mid-strength hands, so his 3-bet range is usually a fair bit stronger than the SB's, so you can't 4-bet for value or as a bluff quite so often in this spot.
In short, just call the 3-bet with KQ.
As played, just check back the flop, or bet really small. You can't get much action from JJ/TT or AQs on that flop when you bet more than a third of pot, but you're getting all the action in the world from AK.

4bet this vs shortstack is so wrong. We can 4x lower pockets and weaker Ax if he 3bets too much.

I wouldn't 4-bet preflop. As played, once you see that flop, you can't fold. I'd consider checking it to the river and jamming to get value from lower pockets or induce bluffs along the way.
