Is my EV for micro stakes bad or good Is my EV for micro stakes bad or good

I have been playing micro stakes poker for about a week and running the holdem manager along side it. Unfortunately i havent had the best run over the week losing a lot of hands when i have been the favorite pre-flop and post-flop and as a result i have lost half my bank roll $10 down to $5.

But according to holdem manager my EV $ Diff is $0.40 for all my sessions so far but my $(EV Adjusted) is -$2.08

My questions are:

1. what is the difference between the two?
2. which one should i go by?
3. Its obvious my Adjusted EV is bad but is my EV $ Diff good?

Thanks in advance!

You don't have enough hands to make any kind of conclusions on anything.
10$BR is too low for any stakes. Deposit 60$ minimum to play 2NL.
