Table dynamic seemed pretty tight with little 3betting and several limpers

PokerStars - $0.10 NL - Holdem - 9 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4: http://www.pokertracker.com

Hero (BTN): 114 BB
SB: 74 BB
BB: 97 BB
UTG: 69.6 BB
UTG+1: 72.1 BB
MP: 105.3 BB
MP+1: 45.2 BB
MP+2: 100 BB
CO: 38.5 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Ah 4h
UTG calls 1 BB, fold, MP raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, CO calls 3 BB, Hero calls 3 BB, SB calls 2.5 BB, fold, UTG calls 2 BB

Flop : (16 BB, 5 players) Td 5h Jh
SB checks, UTG checks, MP checks, CO checks, Hero ??

Spoiler:
Hero bets 7.7 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold

Hero wins 15.3 BB

I called as a spec hand, with either the flush or straight. Flop was perfect for me, but I don't know if I should have bet less (1/3 pot?) or even check it through and hope to hide my nut flush if another heart hit to win a bigger pot, even if it doesn't happen every time (but that still doesn't feel right...)

Mostly I feel like I left some value on the table and made an OK, but not
EV optimal play over the long run.

Any help appreciated

I can understand when want to play cheap, but I think that this is a good spot to punish the weak villians with a squeeze light, specially with 2 villians with a coldCalling range.

Following your filosophy I would check this flop all day.
