Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum so firstly apologies if I have posted this in the wrong section.

Right, so I've been doing a bankroll challenge and decided to mix up the game that I have been playing for a bit of variety and entered into a MTT last night.
The tournament was a $2.20 buy-in with 1014 entries 9 player tables.
I was in the last 11 in the tournament sitting in 5th place. Below is the hand history where I busted:

PokerStars Hand #215934080050: Tournament #2945475726, $1.96+$0.24 USD Hold'em No Limit - Level XXXV (6000/12000) - 2020/06/30 20:24:38 WET [2020/06/30 15:24:38 ET]

*** SHOW DOWN ***
MWCHESS: shows [Ks Kc] (a full house, Kings full of Queens)
Saundie365: shows [Ah Kd] (two pair, Kings and Queens)
MWCHESS collected 680134 from pot
Saundie365 finished the tournament in 11th place and received $13.67.

So my question is did misplay the hand? I mean I had 27BB left before the hand started and obviously less when you equate for antes.
I had been opening up stealing blinds in good spots and Villain was fairly tight at this late stage. I put him on either AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AK, and maybe AQ suited at the bottom of his range.
Was I wrong to 3-bet all with suited AK when I thought worst-case scenario he has AA or KK but then at least I have suited which gives me a little more equity?
I ended up cashing for $13.67 when first was $295 but I made a play to try and establish a chip lead. Was this hand inevitable or was it a mistake to 3 bet instead of calling?
I'll also add, after the flop I had outs to a straight with overcards so may have been tempted to ship anyway for very small fold equity against mid pocket pairs.

Any analysis would be greatly appreciated as its a hand I've thought about a lot since last night.

Regards,
Saundie365.
