Bet more preflop, and as played shove flop. But then again, discussing 2NL strategy is pretty much a crapshoot.

At 2NL you can get away with raising more preflop, but it's not terrible to raise to 6bb there.

As played, on the flop I'd definitely look to raise more, probably to about $1.20-40 or so, leaving a trivial amount in stacks for shoving the turn. You'll get a call from most TP hands and any draw.

No it's not. 2NL strategy is simply about solid fundamentals and value-betting.
