Ok villian is a 23/13/4 over 800 hands.

My thought process was that because villian bets in position on the turn 55% he would bet all worse hands then I could take it away from him. However I actually think now this play makes him fold all of his worse hands and shove over the top with better.

I am curious about how to play this most optimally. I look forward to your views
CO: $30.50
BTN: $9.22
SB: $43.74
BB: $41.16
Hero (UTG): $26.68
MP: $25.24

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is UTG with 5 5
Hero raises to $0.85, MP calls $0.85, 3 folds, BB calls $0.60

Flop: ($2.65) Q 5 2 (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.25, MP calls $2.25, BB folds

Turn: ($7.15) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $3.74, Hero raises to $11.59

I continue to bet on the turn simply because if it goes check/check and a heart come on the river, wtf do yo do the f do then?

I think its a good point that he bets IP on turn 55% (wow i wan't to utilize my HUD as good as you ), but it's 45% that he don't so.

I don't think you should think that you wan't to take the pot away from him on the turn and that he bluffs you, i think you should just think about value betting your strong hand.
And don't care if he has a flush cuz thats a cooler :P

Just my opinion i have no idea if it is good!

bet turn.

there are more potential straight draws as well as backdoor flush draws so more hands will call again. TP type made hands thinking they're ahead on the flop have no reason to doubt that, yet.

smaller PP below 77 (& except 22 obv) will start folding, but it'd be bloody hard to get more value out of them either way.

For the same reasons as above I'd rather lead turn for around $5.50. Again, you don't want to take the pot away from him, you want him to make a bad call with a big heart or Qx. Bet just over 1/2 pot OTR imo if it falls non-heart or 7h.

But good to see your picking stats from your HUD.

bet turn for value ainec imo. he is still continuing with a pretty wide range and board is getting wetter.

First I don't think you should have the mentality of wanting to take the pot away from him. You have a very strong hand and want to get value from it.
I would cbet turn anywhere between a little over 1/2 to 2/3 pot.
When you cheworsck turn it sucks when he checks back. I think c/r turn is worse though. He can fold a lot of weaker TP hands and when he 3bets over you you're in a crappy spot
