He is just like a random exxept he is creator of challenge/rules which should naturally make him the most relevant judge. He is unhappy with me aswell and is basing the decision soley on facts and what is most fair for this showdown; it seems pretty clear this is his only intention.

Just as you are not in a position to make a decision on his forfeit, you are not in a position to set a deadline. The funds are in escrow for a reason and you aren't the escrow for a reason.

It's your challenge but you can't adjudicate solely on the rules, especially if there is a disagreement. And you can certainly not make up rules half way through like you are doing with the deadline BS. I really feel like you are trying to bully me here and it is not right.

we have already discussed this in a pm. The escrow last time was the organizer and he would have had final say so ur logic does not work.

just read this. i mean, i get death's pov. however this isn't Wimbledon. there weren't really any consequences from savor saying he wanted to forfeit in a tilted state and later realizing he did want to play. i mean the tourney didn't progress further so no harm no foul imo. obviously some1 shouldn't be able to just frequently forfeit then change their mind etc.; people don't want to be jerked around and if someone is doing that often or being a ****ty sport or w/e then they don't get invited back. but this seems like an unusual circumstance where savor lost a ton of money and didn't feel like playing 1500 hands of 50nl at the time. a couple days later or w/e he got untilted and there was still time for the match to take place so he changed his mind.

i think the match should be played. its within the spirit of the purpose of this tourney. every1 swallow their pride, play the match, and drop it. this is what every1 wanted when they signed up for this--to play poker. obviously this isnt about making $, there's a lot better ways to do it.

but in the future, if you want to force some1 to play u have them escrow the # hands*.75bb (price of folding every hand), or some amt that covers the penalty of not playing the required hands, which the players would get back after they have fulfilled their playing requirements. as it stands their current escrow amt for prizes for the winners acts as the forfeitable penalty for not playing. so maybe that should be reviewed going forward.

savorxoxo has just given me the tie again, this time he is 400bb down after 1099 hands. there is a 606bb difference in our totals with 401 hands left to play. so he is 6bi down to me, does that count as enough to forfeit? or does he need to actually lose 6 buy ins?

i told him we needed to continue to 1500 hands. he has called me scum, a multi-accounter and then he deleted me from skype.



this is really getting tiring, rule maker and judge of everything, Sh@i'tan, what do you say? can me and dougie start organising the final or shall we wait 2 days for savorxoxo to untilt and un-forfeight again?
