A judge decides if parties agree there is an issue to be judged. Otherwise, the escrow just delivers the money to the individual that wins the wager based on the terms that were agreed upon.

but whatever i could care less about this bet. it wasnt for a lot of money and wasnt worth it. and yes if i feel like autofolding 300k hands just to take cdl money i would do it. theres no way anycould tell if i was or not and wouldnt matter as CDL didnt write out specific rules because he feels all bets he makes should always go his way. but my rent just for myself is 1700 so your money is really nothing to me. just tilts me and pisses me off at how you think its fair for you to have unwritten rules. Anyways im going to keep trying for it till the end of this month and if i dont make it then please transfer the money to cdl as he has won the bet. Hopefully you make your way out to vegas someday also because i would buy you a drink to congradulate you if you win our bet.

Check my math, but isn't folding 300k hands at NL25 still a loss of 11.6k+?

300,000/9 = Orbits * .35 (cost per orbit of blinds)

less focus on folding hands 300k in a row, more focus on sexxy graphs imo

I'm choosing to ignore your sexy graphs because I get jealous....although I've made 50% of your NL100 total in 10% of the hands this month myself.

+15k after 11-21-0.0.0= shipppp it lol 394k, about to put in a 30k hand session and get ahead of the pace 1 time. I am debating if i want to dominate the 25nl, lose a ton at 50nl, or have some sick swings at 100nl. Such a hard decision imo
