Would bluffing river here just be burning money? I was torn because on turn I decided to try to represent a flush, and so thought maybe I should follow through on river. While I would usually c bet flop with a flush draw (and if I had I think it would make a river bluff way more believable), with the low paired board on the flop I sometimes would check flush draws as I did here (not sure if this is correct or not). Anyways, did I horribly misplay this on flop/turn and should I just check/fold on river? In general, I found at this stake bluffing river without c-betting flop usually gets me called.

I think you should cbet flop here. OOP I usually size up a little.

In general I thought it was a bad idea to rep flushes on paired boards. Your hand has no SDV so I like bluffing but it has to be believable.

Top up to 100bb.

If you find that bluffing river without c-betting flop usually gets you called you should value bet thinner if you check flop.

Preflop is marginal and probably just a fold unless you have some exploitative reason like BTN, BB or SB are fish.

I don't think flop check is that bad with this exact holding. We can turn some equity on any K/Q/T/9/8/7 if IP checks behind.

I think this 1/2 pot turn size is weird. Would you ever bet this size with an actual flush or FH?

We have zero SDV so I doubt a bluff can be bad. I'd be snapping you off because it's unlikely you have AA, KK, QQ, JJ or any strong flushes here with a flop check and turn 1/2 pot. I'd expect to see air or like smaller PPs (or maybe 33 lol)

I usually cbet the flop when i have no showdown and two backdoor draws.

Nvm, i didn't see they're offsuit, so i'd just fold pre.
