                Took a shot at 100nl, here are the results:

                I've tried to move up before and it always goes wrong. Not this time.

                The only bad thing now is I feel really unmotivated to play, even more so than when I've lost a lot.

                hey guys,
                Im winning solidly at 25NL over large sample, but for the last 2 weeks I have dropped 10Bis. I really want to start 50NL next month.
                Do you think I should get a couple of winning sessions at 25NL before playing 50NL, or shall I just take the plunge?

                so i was looking through my sessions and remembered i played an epic session where i won quite a few buy-ins :P. i was wondering if anyone had a better day in 2K11 @ 25nl, or am i just naive?

                it could have been an even sicker day but i lost a huge pot to a spewing fish.

                usually i play many but i played an inconsistent amount of tables throughout that particular day because i was either a) doing work on my 2nd monitor while 2 tabling, or b) watching a movie/tv show on my 2nd monitor while playing several tables. only towards the end of the session i played 6-8tables with full focus where i won like 16buy-ins+ in like 2 1/2 hours.

                like a lot of those hours i was doing mundane things while playing 1-4 tables. im pretty ADD like that.

                obviously i ran incredibly hot (not in terms of sucking out) because i got placed in spots where all the money was going in anyway, i.e i flopped a set in a multiway 3bet pot vs aces, etc. but thats not to say i didnt play extremely well. i was incredibly focused towards the end of the session and i was hand reading ******edly well that day, folding the 2nd nuts for like 300bb+ pots vs regs and just outplaying everyone. practically all my bluffs worked and when my semi bluffs were called i hit the equity i needed to reap the rewards. there was also an ABSURD amount of fish that day which is where the bulk of my profits came from that day.

                trying to find some interesting hands from that day

                  brag: best month ever, and this is after moving UP to NL25 at the beginning of the month. +10 buy-ins in 10,000 hands: yes please!

                  Ran very hot of course (13.9% sets for example), but I also feel like I plugged some leaks, paid more attention to leaving unprofitable tables, and really started taking in all the dynamics of the players/action around me.

                  //in before doomswitch.
