Lost w/ overpair in 3bet pot on ****ty board vs lag

Villian is playing pretty Laggy, I'm 22/18ish.
I've 3bet him light in pos a bit and he's folded, but there has not been
too much history between us.
I put villain on some kind of mid PP/AQ here when he calls oop.
But we're a little deep so his range could be wider.
His flop lead doesn't narrow his range much imo,
cuz he could have a solid draw looking to bet/3bet,
or could just be protecting JJ, etc.
I flat his lead cuz I think if I get it in here I'm not looking to good.
On the turn I don't know if he's shoving w/ a semi bluff,
protecting an overpair or just leveling me with my hand face up. WTF do I do here?
