Hello,

I am improving my game a lot, thanks to these forums, but I think I am not playing correct my shoves, I lost some money on the last hands.

At this spot, I had very small sample over the villain, he was running 36/18 over 13 hands only.

First question) Should I had put him on a set for that min 3bet on the flop ?
Second question) After his min bet on the turn, was bad to shove ? I really thought the guy could have one J or a Q with a bad kicker

BB: $57.71
UTG: $49.36
MP: $25.00
Hero (CO): $53.79
BTN: $34.70
SB: $24.75

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is CO with A A
UTG raises to $0.85, 1 fold, Hero raises to $2.25, 1 fold, SB calls $2.15, 1 fold, UTG calls $1.40

Flop: ($7.00) J 4 Q (3 players)
SB checks, UTG bets $4.50, Hero raises to $10, SB folds, UTG raises to $15.50, Hero calls $5.50

Turn: ($38.00) 6 (2 players)
UTG bets $5, Hero raises to $36.04 all in, UTG calls $26.61 all in

River: ($101.22) 2 (2 players - 2 are all in)

The next hand, villain also flopped a set, and I could not identify it again. Maybe its a leak ?

I had a few more reads for this villain, over 51 hands he was running 16/10 and had 4.0 aggr and 7.0 aggr on the flop and inf on the river (100% of cbet stats)

So, after his cbet it was probably air or a Q with a decent kicker, so I decided to 3bet here

My shove on the river was bad ? I mean, would he not call with only a TPTK ?

+1

Also, in hand 1, I'd make my 3bet about $3.

Your line in hand 2 is so ******ed you're probably gonna get a lot of calls from worse hands.

when villains are unkown its hard to see if they are setminers or not.

#1. flop reraise + turn bet makes me very suspisious about villains holding.

#2. indeed 3bet preflop. Why raise flop?

Hand 1:
3bet bigger PF. $3 or $3.25.
Flat flop bet, we should be going for pot control more than charging draws(which your min raise doesn't really do anyways) when this deep with a marginal hand(and we have a redraw to the nuts against a flush, which makes us less worried about a flush). We really shouldn't be looking to play a 400BB pot when 3 ways to a flop with 1 pair.

Hand 2:
Almost never flat with KK OOP(only valid reason would be if you think BB is VERY likely to squeeze). 3bet to $3ish.
If he calls the 3 bet you should be happy to get it in on this board against likely AQ, KQ type hands.
