hi uNL, this is my first post on this forum, but i've been reading posts here for a quite a long time. i play 25NL and 50NL 6-max on bovada, and my results are the following:

25NL: +4.4 PTBB / 100 hands over 8482 hands
50NL: -2.15 PTBB / 100 hands over 11940 hands
100NL: -31.8 PTBB / 100 hands over 193 hands (a few coolers, not really significant)

recently, i've been on a ~1K downswing mainly at 50NL, but i don't feel like i've done anything obviously spewy. i haven't really noticeably tilted, i.e., bluffed off multiple stacks or made tons of terrible calls or anything like that, but i've really lost confidence in my game, and for the last two weeks, i've had trouble even booking a winning session.

would anyone on this forum (who is a microstakes winner, preferably) be willing to look at 0.5 - a few hours of video sessions to see if they can notice any less-obvious leaks, or to sweat me for a few sessions?

seems like a standart swing, that will happen a million times if you keep playing..

not even close to a downswing

Is that really true? People say that you have downswings of more than 10 BI, chances are you have serious leaks. Is that just not true? Because I've lost 20 BI, whether it's a small sample or not.

I lost 20BI last week too( same stakes). I was taking shots on NL50 after I had been winning NL for +5bb/100 for more than 20k hands. I red a poker book (helps me with confidence) and eventually I started winning at some point. Now I half way to win em back stronger and more confident.
It happens.
Your sample size is very small tho

you didn't prove yourself at 5nl or 2nl first? If you did that and climbed the stakes properly you should know exactly where your skill level falls in terms of the appropriate stake
