    OTT he's calling $.28 to win $1.34.
He wins 18.18% of time and loses 81.82% of the time.
    (.1818*1.34) - (.8182*.28)
    .24-.23=$0.01

He makes $.01 playing like this and loses to the rake. However, that doesn't account for his call otf and the mistakes he's going to make when he catches a pair ott so it's suffice to say, your play is +ev so I wouldn't worry about it.

That would presume that I would be calling facing a shove here, which I would not have with that particular River.

No, it presumes that he's calling to win the pot plus only the $.63 that you bet.

    His $.28 to win $.43 (pot) + $.28 (your bet) + $.63 (your river bet) = $1.34
