I played this hand at about 1am on a busy Friday night at my local casino 25p-50p (£50max) game. There was lots of big stacks on the table and I considered the standard of play to be quite soft in general. Villain in this hand is a bit of a maniac, playing around 95% of hands (I swear it took a raise and a reraise for him to consider folding pre) and he was raising about 30-40% of unraised pots. He got lucky in several large pots earlier in the evening by calling with gutshots and hitting etc. I think he was sitting with about £250 and I start the hand with about £150.
I am dealt: J

I'm UTG+3 with two limpers ahead of me. I decided to limp in and I'm sure one or two people might question that, but I'm mostly after post-flop advice here please. Villain is on the button and limps in. We see a seven handed flop which comes:
J

I lead out with a pot sized bet of £3.50, folds to the villain and he makes it £15. Everyone else folds.
Given his preflop raising tendencies, my read is that he almost never has a set or KQ/AJ/KJ/QJ. He is the type of player that will chase a draw and he is capable of raising with complete air (but I expect him to fold to a raise if he does have air).
What is the optimal line, bearing in mind that I have an effective 300BB stack? This has divided opinions on my local poker forum and I would greatly appreciate any 2+2 input, thank you.
